This role is for a Business Systems Engineer who will be the lead architect of the corporate data ecosystem, bridging business functions and software. The engineer will architect a seamless data ecosystem connecting back-end finance and HR systems to provide a unified, real-time view of global operations, enabling data-driven strategic decisions. The role involves architecting and integrating core enterprise systems (Oracle NetSuite, Workday, Pigment), building scalable data pipelines, automating workflows, leading iPaaS tool selection, standardizing data, optimizing performance, and mentoring junior staff.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design, build, and maintain mission-critical integrations between core enterprise systems, including Oracle NetSuite (ERP), Workday (HRIS), and Pigment (FP&A)
  2. Develop and manage data pipelines and API-led architectures to ensure data integrity and real-time synchronization across the business stack
  3. Partner closely with Finance and People Operations to automate complex workflows and eliminate manual data entry, reducing operational risk
  4. Lead the selection, implementation, and management of iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato, Tray.io, MuleSoft) to standardize how we connect global SaaS applications
  5. Define and document enterprise data standards and integration protocols to ensure a consistent source of truth for all business-critical KPIs
