Lyft is seeking a Business Systems Engineer with expertise in Oracle Fusion Order-to-Cash (O2C) to support and enhance corporate systems. The role involves managing daily performance, implementing monitoring, creating automated workflows, building solutions, developing software, configuring applications, and providing training. The engineer will act as a techno-functional professional, bridging business and technical teams, and supporting end-to-end O2C processes. Experience with Oracle Financials and Supply Chain modules, subscription-based billing, and integrations with CRM, billing, and tax platforms is required. The role also involves capturing business requirements, translating them into solution architecture, and providing immediate support during critical periods. A drive to learn and investigate novel issues is essential. The engineer will coordinate design, interpret requirements, and translate them into ERP configurations. They will also leverage SQL, PL/SQL, BI, and OTBI for data-driven insights and reporting. The role requires working closely with integration teams and other boundary applications, communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders, and applying problem-solving skills. Documentation of system requirements, configurations, and processes is key. Experience in supporting SOX compliance and managing Oracle Service Requests is also part of the responsibilities. The role will apply Agile methodology and maintain thorough documentation. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of IT systems experience in O2C processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud, a good understanding of the software development lifecycle, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional settings.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a skilled Oracle Fusion Order-to-Cash (O2C) Techno-Functional professional, acting as a strategic bridge between business and technical teams to support and continuously enhance ERP Financials, O2C lifecycle, and Manufacturing modules within Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications or Oracle R12.
  2. Apply functional expertise alongside hands-on technical knowledge in integrations, reporting, and issue resolution, delivering results in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
  3. Support end-to-end O2C processes encompassing Customer & Account Setup, Order Management, Pricing & Discounts, Shipping & Fulfillment, Billing & Invoicing, Receivables & Cash Applications, Lockbox Functionality, and Collections & Adjustments.
  4. Bring a minimum of 4 years of hands-on implementation experience across a combination of Oracle Financials and Supply Chain modules, including Accounts Receivables, Plan to Manufacture, General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, Cash Management, and Order to Cash.
  5. As a Business Systems Engineer, you are responsible for capturing, analyzing and estimating customer business requirements and translating them into Oracle Cloud ERP and Boundary apps solution architecture that fits within the business objectives.
