This role is for a Business Unit Lead for the Lung oncology portfolio at Johnson & Johnson. The primary focus is on accelerating growth, maximizing portfolio potential, and driving launch excellence in a competitive market. The role involves P&L accountability, strategic leadership, cross-functional orchestration, and leveraging digital innovation and AI to enhance decision-making and execution. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in oncology, a proven track record in driving growth, and the ability to leverage digital tools, analytics, and AI for business performance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver Net Sales vs. target and outperform Market Share in NSCLC segments for Rybrevant and Lazcluze
  2. Lead best-in-class execution of launches and indication expansions, delivering time-to-peak sales aligned with plan
  3. Define and implement a clear, growth-driven Lung strategy aligned with brand, OpCo, and EMEA TA priorities
  4. Lead the BU through solid-line (Marketing, Sales) and dotted-line leadership (Medical, MSLs, HEMAR, Business Excellence)
  5. Monitor market dynamics, competitor moves, and clinical developments in real time

Skills

Required

  • Strong leadership experience in oncology, ideally lung cancer or launch environments
  • Proven track record in driving growth in competitive markets
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional teams and matrix organizations
  • Deep understanding of oncology ecosystems (clinical, access, stakeholder landscape)
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution focus
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level
  • Analytical, results-oriented, and highly resilient
  • Very good command of English & German
  • University degree in business administration, medicine, or natural sciences
