What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the WCH manufacturing, maintenance, projects and base business engineering operations and activities in both San Lorenzo and Manati sites.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve all operational goals, including but not limited to safety, quality, service, cost, and people leadership goals.
  3. Identify and implement both short and long-term projects to optimize the local supply chain, product, and process quality and to improve operational efficiencies.
  4. Effectively manage and resource human, material, and capital resources to meet quality, customer service, financial, EH&S, and product and process improvement targets.
  5. Ensure close collaboration with Quality Operations so that the Quality System is regularly audited/ reviewed, and that appropriate preventive and corrective actions are identified and implemented to improve quality results.
