Salesforce is seeking a Business Value Services Sr. Manager to join their AI CRM team. This role partners with senior sales leaders to engage C-suite executives, shape transformational programs, quantify business outcomes, and drive commercial success. Responsibilities include C-suite advisory, strategic account planning, value discovery and quantification, business case development, commercial deal structuring, value realization, and thought leadership. The ideal candidate has executive engagement experience, commercial acumen, strategic storytelling skills, a consultative mindset, analytical rigor, and cross-functional leadership abilities. Familiarity with enterprise SaaS and Salesforce solutions is preferred. The role leverages AI tools and agents to drive customer success and accelerate impact.

What you'd actually do

  1. Engage directly with customer executives to understand their priorities and co-develop strategic investment cases tied to their business goals.
  2. Partner with sales leadership on high-priority accounts to shape pursuit strategies, qualify opportunities based on business impact, and accelerate deal cycles.
  3. Facilitate customer workshops to uncover key business drivers, identify transformational opportunities, and quantify financial outcomes (e.g., ROI, TCO, payback period).
  4. Lead the creation of compelling business case narratives and executive presentations that communicate Salesforce’s differentiated impact.
  5. Partner cross-functionally to shape commercial strategies and support deal negotiations, aligning customer value with Salesforce growth objectives while proactively identifying and mitigating strategic, competitive, and operational risks to accelerate sales outcomes.
