What You Will Do:
- Executing the procurement process to ensure continuity of supply for production materials.
- Analyzing and processing purchase requisitions in collaboration with internal clients.
- Preparing and placing purchase orders and creating procurement documentation in accordance with Collins Aerospace internal procedures.
- Managing selected suppliers in line with the company's strategy and global guidelines.
- Building and developing long-term relationships with suppliers.
- Monitoring procurement risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Preparing reports, purchasing analyses, and process efficiency metrics.
- Continuously optimizing procurement processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Higher education (preferred fields: management, economics).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP/ MRP systems required.
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to communicate freely in English and Polish in a professional environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy while managing multiple tasks and projects with specific deadlines.
- Ability to work with data and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with demonstrated initiative and ability to achieve results
- Ability to build and develop strong trusted advisor relationships with internal as well as external partners
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work independently within a team environment.
