Buyer With German

This role is for a Buyer with German language skills in Wroclaw, Poland. The primary responsibilities include managing procurement processes, crafting RFPs, conducting negotiations and cost analyses, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The role requires a university degree or equivalent experience, and fluency in German and English.

What you'd actually do

  1. Carries out Procurement processes, standards, and operational plans, including RFPs, negotiation preparations, and cost analysis
  2. Responds to client inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations to ensure customer satisfaction
  3. Carries out activities associated with purchasing goods, materials, supplies, and services to ensure terms are in the organization’s best interest
  4. Prepares purchase orders, approves payments, and negotiates prices to ensure the procurement process goes smoothly, under general guidance
  5. Contacts suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries to ensure resolution of problems such as shortages and missed or late deliveries

Skills

Required

  • University Degree or 4 years of relevant experience
