The role is responsible for the full lifecycle management of CSO cooperation projects in the region, including project initiation, agreement signing, execution follow-up, key node control, and results acceptance. It also involves managing business partners, conducting business analysis based on data, collecting market information, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, over 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical business, channel management, or CSO project management, and is familiar with pharmaceutical industry policies and regulations.

What you'd actually do

  1. 负责区域内CSO合作项目的全生命周期管理,包括项目启动、协议签署、执行跟进、关键节点管控及成果验收,确保项目按计划达成既定目标。
  2. 参与商业合作伙伴的筛选、评估与日常管理,建立评估标准和准入机制。
  3. 基于数据开展业务分析,识别业务机会点与风险。
  4. 与跨部门团队保持密切沟通,组织项目沟通会议,协同解决业务难点。
  5. 确保项目活动及行为严格遵守法律法规,公司政策及合规要求,保障项目合规运营。

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Medicine, Pharmacy, Marketing, or Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical business, channel management, or CSO project management.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry policies, regulations, market models, and CSO cooperation models.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent business negotiation, cross-departmental communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good data analysis skills, proficient in Office software (Excel and PPT).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and teamwork.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to market changes.

Nice to have

  • Experience in multi-disease area promotion is preferred.
