Senior Manager in Apple Retail responsible for creating a positive customer interaction environment, driving performance goals, developing managers, and supporting business strategies. This role involves leading a team, assisting with recruiting and training, participating in floor leadership, addressing concerns, executing operational strategy, and upholding company policies. Requires 3 years of leadership experience in retail or sales.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team (including Managers), empowering each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
  2. Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
  3. Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling what good looks like, and making sure that business priorities are met and exceptional customer service is delivered.
  4. Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, and partner with leadership and key business or People partners when appropriate.
  5. Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by establishing, planning, and executing the operational strategy of assigned functional areas and the entire store.

Skills

Required

  • 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field
  • Proficient in written and spoken French if your role is based in Quebec
