Regional Marketing Manager for Pfizer in Nanjing, China. Responsible for developing and executing regional product promotion strategies, managing key clients, and leading the team to achieve business objectives. What you'd actually do

  1. 整合分析区域市场信息,掌握区域市场动态和趋势,承接中央市场部的策略,制定有大区特色的推广策略和活动计划,并根据外部政策环境的变化,分析对大区业务的影响,及时提供建议。
  2. 跟进评估区域推广活动的执行(频率和质量),合理分配和控制各项资源,持续提升推广效率。
  3. 发展和管理区域关键客户,搭建并持续优化合作平台,提升品牌影响力。
  4. 通过组织培训,或与MICS和DM协访/共访,指导并落实产品策略执行和产品信息传递。
  5. 负责沟通和协调中央市场部项目的执行,对项目的进展和效果提供反馈和建议。

Skills

Required

  • University degree or above, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good English skills
  • Professional knowledge in relevant product areas
  • Strong influencing and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong communication, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong teamwork awareness
