Call Center Bilingual (spanish/english) Associate Banker - 1st or 2nd Shift

This role is for a Call Center Bilingual Associate Banker at Bank of America, responsible for assisting clients with credit and lending needs, identifying additional financial opportunities, and building client relationships. The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills within a banking environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Works with clients to uncover needs for credit and short term lending while asking questions to uncover additional financial needs and recommending the best products, services, and solutions to meet those needs
  2. Responds to customer inquiries and concerns, creating customized solutions
  3. Sells and fulfills banking products including credit cards, lending needs, checking and savings accounts.
  4. Identifies client needs for licensed sales functions, making referrals to Line of Business partners
  5. Manages risk in every business, product, and service transaction leveraging available tools
  6. Creates positive client experience through active listening and addressing questions and concerns
