Campaign Manager for Acquisition Direct Marketing at T-Mobile, responsible for bringing direct marketing strategies from concept to market. The role involves campaign management, cross-functional coordination, and operational execution, ensuring timely and high-quality direct mail and email campaigns. Key responsibilities include developing campaign elements, partnering with business owners, translating marketing strategy into targeting requirements, collaborating with creative teams, providing status updates, and identifying process improvement opportunities. The role also involves data analysis and reporting.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and lead critical campaign elements including work back schedule and operational elements (CTAs, SKUs)
  2. Partner with business owners to understand budgets, paper sourcing needs, and facilitate with print vendors
  3. Translate and communicate marketing strategy into targeting requirements, and coordinate delivery of data to print vendors; work with data ops and enablement for the sourcing of new data, as needed
  4. Collaborate with brand and creative teams during creative development process, and participate in creative reviews and QA
  5. Provide weekly campaign status updates, develop/distribute campaign announcements, monitor campaign delivery
