Campaign Manager

This role is for an Integrated Campaign Manager at DataBee, a cybersecurity company focused on Continuous Controls Monitoring. The manager will lead end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. Responsibilities include campaign strategy, execution, performance tracking, and leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance marketing effectiveness. The role requires experience in B2B marketing, integrated campaigns, demand generation, ABM, SEO/AEO, and using AI-powered marketing tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute integrated campaigns aligned to key personas, target accounts, and revenue goals
  2. Translate business and product messaging into cohesive, high-impact campaign programs
  3. Orchestrate programs across channels, including paid media, email, web, content, webinars, events, and sales alignment
  4. Own and manage SEO/AEO strategy including evaluating performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and assessing ROI on SEO/AEO investments
  5. Use tools such as SEMrush to analyze search performance and guide optimization efforts

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, integrated campaigns, or demand generation
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and platforms
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Proven success executing multi-channel programs with measurable business impact
  • Strong understanding of SEO/AEO fundamentals and performance measurement
  • Experience using AI-powered tools to enhance marketing effectiveness
  • Familiarity with SEMrush; experience analyzing and optimizing organic and search performance
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, and ZoomInfo (or similar platforms)
  • Experience supporting or executing ABM strategies
  • Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and funnel metrics
  • Highly analytical, organized, and collaborative
  • Executive-level communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders

  • Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology preferred
