This role is for a Campaigns Manager at Vanta, focusing on driving pipeline growth across the APJ region through integrated, multi-channel campaigns. The role requires managing end-to-end campaign execution, analyzing performance, and collaborating with sales and product marketing teams. While the company uses AI tools, this role is not directly involved in building AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and execute integrated, full-funnel campaign strategies (brand, launch, event, demand) across email, paid digital, lifecycle, and events for all APJ market segments
  2. Develop and implement region-specific campaigns that drive demand within early stage, growth stage, commercial+, and emerging market segments across the APJ region
  3. Own the numbers: MQL, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates—track them obsessively, report them clearly, and continuously optimize for maximum engagement and ROI
  4. Partner closely with Sales and SDR teams to ensure campaigns align with go-to-market priorities, audience messaging, and deliver strong conversions through the funnel
  5. Collaborate with Vanta's US-based marketing team to localize and execute global campaigns, ensuring the right level of resourcing to effectively adapt content for regional markets

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Media, Communications or relevant field.
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and Salesforce
  • Experience with self-serve analytics tools like Tableau or similar platforms
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions in a fast-paced environment
