Experienced Campus Recruiter needed to manage pipelines, source candidates, facilitate interviews, and contribute fresh ideas to recruiting strategies for internship and in-house programs. Requires 8+ years of university recruiting experience, a creative and proactive approach, and strong organizational and communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. facilitating interviews
  2. sourcing and pipelining
  3. maintaining real-time updates in our applicant tracking system and data reporting tools
  4. assisting with various recruitment events

  • 8+ years of university recruiting experience
  • Creative thinker with a deep understanding of the candidate landscape
  • Self-starter who can prioritise tasks, stay organised and turn ideas into action
  • Flexible team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves, no-job-too-small attitude
  • Able to communicate clearly with colleagues, candidates and external partners
  • Approachablility and humility
  • Curiosity about the operations of the firm
  • Willingness and excitement to travel to recruiting conferences and events

Nice to have

  • another Asian language would be a plus
