What you'd actually do

  1. Plan and execute end-to-end campus recruitment drives across top engineering colleges, business schools, and technical institutes in India.
  2. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of early-career candidates through job boards, campus events, social media, and employee referrals.
  3. Deliver an exceptional, Salesforce-brand-aligned experience from first touchpoint through offer acceptance.
  4. Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
  5. Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and debrief facilitation.

Skills

Required

  • 1–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong sourcing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack)
  • Understanding of the Indian college/university landscape (IITs, NITs, IIMs, etc.)

Nice to have

  • campus/university recruiting experience is a strong plus
  • Experience with employer branding or social recruiting
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
