Polymarket is seeking a Campus Recruiter to build and own their early talent pipeline. This role involves designing and executing a university recruiting strategy, managing the full-cycle recruitment process for interns and new graduates, building relationships with universities, and planning recruiting events. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of recruiting experience, a track record of building campus programs, and a data-driven approach.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end campus recruiting process — from school selection and event planning through offer and close
  2. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for intern and new grad candidates across multiple roles
  3. Build and manage relationships with target universities, student organizations, career centers, and faculty to design school-specific strategies
  4. Plan and execute on-campus and virtual recruiting events including info sessions, career fairs, and hackathons
  5. Build and iterate on our internship program alongside hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders — from onboarding through full-time conversion

Required

  • 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally with a university or campus focus
  • Track record building campus programs and closing high-quality early career candidates
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Data-driven approach to problem solving
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple schools, events, and pipelines simultaneously
  • Clear and energetic communicator who can represent Polymarket authentically to students
  • Growth mindset and genuine flexibility

Nice to have

  • Experience at a startup or high-growth tech company
  • Familiarity with Ashby or modern ATS tools
