Campus Recruiting Coordinator to join the Campus Recruiting team, responsible for identifying, interviewing, and hiring interns and new graduates for Technology teams. The role involves managing the candidate experience, updating the applicant tracking system, scheduling interviews, coordinating live interviews, and assisting in the planning and execution of the internship program. Requires strong organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, eager-to-learn attitude.

What you'd actually do

  1. keeping our applicant tracking system updated, scheduling interviews, coordinating live interviews as they happen and helping us manage some of our other recruiting tools and platforms.
  2. helping to plan, improve and run our internship programme.
  3. learn how we create an incredible candidate experience from start to finish.
  4. identify, interview and hire outstanding interns and new grads for our Technology teams.

Nice to have

  • 0-3 years of professional recruiting experience or a relevant recruiting/HR internship preferred
  • No financial industry experience required
  • Willing to travel to campus events and conferences as needed
