Jane Street is seeking an experienced Campus Technology Recruiter to join their Software Engineering teams. The role involves managing candidate pipelines, developing innovative recruiting strategies, and ensuring a high volume of full-cycle candidate management during campus recruiting season. The recruiter will also contribute to optimizing recruiting approaches based on seasonal observations and will receive training and mentorship within the team.

What you'd actually do

  1. help us find and hire outstanding interns to join our Software Engineering teams
  2. manage their own pipeline while also bringing fresh ideas to our approach and processes
  3. finding solutions to big, interesting problems, while also getting the day-to-day details right
  4. get into the weeds with a high volume pipeline of full-cycle candidate management
  5. inform your suggestions on ways we can optimise our approach
