This role assists in leading Asset Protection and office operations, focusing on customer service, associate development, and task completion. Responsibilities include greeting customers, coordinating tasks, supporting scheduling, leading team huddles, developing associates through training, ensuring a safe work environment, and supporting management with various administrative and performance tasks.

What you'd actually do

  1. Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
  2. Assists in providing direction and the co-ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the Asset Protection Operations Coach and the Store Leadership Team. Delegate, assist and follow-up on completion of tasks in receiving, claims and office support.
  3. Support with scheduling as needed.
  4. Ensures strong communication with associates, leads the daily Team Huddle at the start of each shift and provide the team with updates, set goals, and track productivity.
  5. Review completed schedules with People Lead.
