What you'd actually do

  1. Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
  2. Delegate, assist and follow-up on the completion of Customer Availability Process tasks - Section Work, Capping bins, Stocking picks
  3. Delegate, assist and follow-up on the completion of price changes and feature sets
  4. Delegate, assist and follow-up on modular completion in assigned area
  5. Delegate and support with coverage in required areas on the salesfloor as needed, support with recovery and zoning activities.
