This role is a Front End Team Lead at Walmart, responsible for assisting in the leadership of front-end operations, customer service, and associate development. It involves managing daily tasks, ensuring safety and compliance, and supporting management in performance and hiring.

What you'd actually do

  1. Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
  2. Ensures safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed ie. Safe lifting techniques, cleanliness of area, evacuations, down registers, emergency codes, theft etc.
  3. Handles customer and associate concerns and provides guidance as required.
  4. Delegate, assist and follow up overall front-end operations, ensuring proper coverage, coordinating breaks.
  5. Review completed schedules with People Lead.
