This role is for an OMNI Department Manager at Walmart, responsible for customer service, managing online grocery and Walmart.ca processes, and training OMNI Associates. The role involves operational tasks like order processing, back-office setup, and ensuring cleanliness standards, while also leading by example in customer interactions and product promotion. The minimum pay is $17.75 per hour.

What you'd actually do

  1. Participates in the training and development of all OMNI Associates.
  2. Completes Back Office Setup including Review of Future Grocery Order Summary; Grocery Order Daily Pickup Report; Confirmation of Daily Orders, Identification of Payment Exceptions, Identification of Picks, Determination of workload by commodity; Assignation of CFAs, Fills in Staging Whiteboards; Setting up of Handhelds/Printers for CFAs.
  3. Check email and AMP+ for Action Items.
  4. Completes daily picks, where necessary. Completes tasks of post pick activities, such as clearing and setting Service Stations, Tote Cleaning, maintaining e-commerce cleaning standards and ensuring Back Office is NCO and ready for next day. It is important to note that the level of cleanliness that this role is responsible is similar to that of a fresh associate.
  5. Leads by example greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner and assists by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions.
