Lead the OMNI area and processes, ensuring excellent customer service, task completion, and presentation of the OMNI area. Responsibilities include assisting customers, coordinating task completion, assessing presentation, delegating activities, supporting scheduling, reviewing OMNI metrics, and training associates. This role also contributes to a safe work environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
  2. Assists in providing direction and the co-ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the OMNI Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
  3. Assesses the overall presentation of OMNI area, noting deficiencies for corrective action.
  4. Delegate, assist and follow up on completion of daily OMNI activities.
  5. Support with scheduling as needed.
