Lead stocking and customer service operations for a retail store, focusing on team development, task completion, and maintaining store presentation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
  2. Assists in providing direction and the co-ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the Stocking 1 and 2 Coach and the Store Management Team. Delegate, assist and follow-up on completion of daily VizPick processes.
  3. Assesses the overall presentation of General Merchandise and Food and Consumable Departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executing merchandising display changes where required.
  4. Ensure strong communication with associates, leads the daily Team Huddle at the start of each shift and provide the team with updates, set goals, and track productivity.
  5. Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
