Candidate Experience Coordinator

This role is for a Candidate Experience Coordinator at MongoDB, a company that provides a database platform for the AI era. What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with a team of Recruiters to schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews
  2. Own candidate experience; ensuring timely communication throughout the interview process
  3. Using our Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) to move candidates through the interview process and keep in close touch with your candidates to guide them through their upcoming interviews
  4. Arrange travel and accommodation for out of town candidates
  5. Greet candidates, make them feel welcome, and ensure on-site interviews run smoothly (when onsite interviews are occurring)

Required

  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • superb attention to detail
  • at least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator, admin, or intern
  • experience scheduling interviews and/or calendaring
  • Ability to be a team player

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working in a Candidate Experience/Recruiting Coordinator role is advantageous
