Capacity Delivery Lead

Meta Meta · Big Tech · Menlo Park, CA +1

This role is a Capacity Delivery Lead within Meta's Infrastructure Supply Chain and Engineering (ISCE) team, focusing on ensuring the on-time delivery of data center capacity by managing equipment delivery and resolving issues across construction projects. While the role mentions integrating and developing AI skills, its core function is in supply chain and construction management for data centers, not directly building or shipping AI models or systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work cross-functionally to ensure provision-ready (PR) capacity is not impacted by equipment production or delivery delays across power, cooling, and connectivity infrastructure
  2. Act as the primary ISCE escalation point for DEC Delivery and General Contractor teams on OFE equipment production and delivery issues at site level
  3. Prioritize equipment delivery as required by the business to meet capacity demands for a DC product or site, coordinating with internal central supply chain teams for factory and corporate-level escalations
  4. Manage, triage, and report delivery risks to business leadership, elevating issues and proposing solutions to protect critical capacity milestones
  5. Coordinate and support initial OFE kick-off meetings at site level with General Contractor and internal Meta construction teams, ensuring appropriate points of contact and delivery expectations are established, and serve as an ongoing escalation point for site teams and vendors as needed
