This role focuses on reporting, analytics, and data stewardship within a financial services context. What you'd actually do

  1. Build and distribute recurring and ad-hoc reports and translate platform data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
  2. Configure and test workflows using firm-approved generative AI tools and document prompts, configurations, and outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with internal partners to support safe adoption of new workflows and continuous process improvement.
  4. Develop surveys, data analyses, presentations, and white papers to support internal and client needs.
  5. Manage daily workflows in enterprise client relationship management tools and client platforms to keep account, contact, and activity records accurate and compliant.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)
  • 3 years of experience in a financial services or professional services role
  • experience building recurring and ad-hoc reports and translating data into actionable insights
  • experience managing projects or deliverables with tight timelines and competing priorities
