The Capital Analyst supports capital-related operations and analysis for effective commercial and operational decision-making. This role involves analyzing capital transactions, asset data, and performance metrics to ensure accuracy, compliance, and visibility across capital programs. The position supports business planning, improves capital utilization, and partners cross-functionally to drive process efficiency and data-driven insights.

What you'd actually do

  1. Analyze capital data, transactions, and performance metrics to support reporting and decision‑making.
  2. Support tracking and reconciliation of capital assets, programs, or investments in alignment with company policies.
  3. Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses related to capital activity and performance.
  4. Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support capital processes and issue resolution.
  5. Assist with identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities related to capital utilization and controls.
