Capital Financial Analyst

This role is for a Capital Financial Analyst at Intel, responsible for managing end-to-end financial processes related to capital spending, including forecasting, authorization, and expenditure tracking. The analyst will partner with business units, ensure system operations, provide accurate reporting, and optimize processes. Key responsibilities include system transactions, WBS management, KPI creation, ad hoc analysis, process improvement, automation development, and ensuring compliance with financial controls.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute system transactions to support business partners' capital forecasting, fund authorization requests, and expenditure tracking
  2. Manage Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) creation and maintenance for capital projects across Intel business units
  3. Create and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards
  4. Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for leadership decision-making
  5. Identify, develop, and implement innovative process improvements

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, Accounting
  • 6 months of experience in Capital or Fixed Assets Accounting
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel for Data Analysis (Managing large sets of data)
  • Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written)
