What you'd actually do

  1. Proactively work with lines of business, credit, operations, and finance teams to develop new SoFi Products. Analyze portfolio/collateral characteristics, economic analysis, and any other information to support capital markets execution.
  2. Lead diligence process to prepare investor education materials, marketing materials incorporating qualitative and quantitative analysis for various audiences and drive investor engagement. Research industry best practices and peer group analysis to drive product innovation and structuring collaborating with finance credit and accounting teams.
  3. Support content preparation, communication, and due diligence processes for external stakeholders such as investors, lenders, rating agencies, data systems providers, law firms, trustees, custodians, and accounting firms.
  4. Provide support to investor development and deal execution teams to ensure seamless progression from sourcing to capital markets execution.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams including credit, legal, engineering, product, treasury, accounting, servicing, and finance to provide strategic support and align on goals.

Skills
