Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. We offer comprehensive end-to-end support and advisory services, covering areas such as valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. **Work you’ll do **
As a Manager on the Capital Projects team, you will be responsible for:
- Advising clients on capital project delivery and execution across the project lifecycle, including cost and schedule assurance, risk analysis and avoidance, contracting and procurement, data analytics, and project governance
- Leading teams and workstreams to support project delivery and overall engagement success
- Collaborating with client stakeholders to gather and analyze information, develop solutions, and communicate recommendations
- Providing coaching, oversight, and support to delivery teams and staff
- Leading or supporting proposal development, client relationship development, and business development activities
- Supporting recruitment, retention, and staffing efforts for the practice

**The team **
Our Infrastructure and Real Estate team are trusted advisors to clients in managing physical assets throughout their lifecycle. We help them unlock value from their real estate portfolios and functions by developing strategies, optimizing operating models and organizational design, and leveraging technology enablement.

**Qualifications required: **
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or construction management
- 6+ years of architecture, engineering, or construction experience
- Experience with project controls and scheduling using Primavera P6
- Experience working on major construction projects, including reviewing and analyzing construction documents
- Experience in business development, strategic planning, and managing client relationships
- Experience supervising, training, and developing staff on client requirements as well as assessing staff performance
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited sponsorship may be available
**Preferred: **
MBA or a Master’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or project management
Professional certifications such as PE, ASA, PMP, CFA, CFE, CCE, or CPA
Experience using Project Management tools, including Oracle Unifier, Procore, Hexagon Ecosys, Kahua, Primavera P6, and Power BI
Experience in a professional services firm
International project or client engagement experience
Multi-lingual
