Cashiering Support Associate

Robinhood is seeking a Cashiering Support Associate to manage high-volume cashiering transactions, ensure accurate and timely fund movement, and maintain a compliant, high-quality client experience. This role involves processing ACH, wires, checks, and transfers, monitoring daily queues, resolving discrepancies, and serving as a primary contact for advisors and clients. The associate will also partner with internal teams and contribute to process improvements.

What you'd actually do

  1. You process a high volume of cashiering transactions (ACH, wires, checks, journals, custodian-to-custodian transfers) accurately, efficiently, and in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  2. You monitor and manage daily transaction queues to meet strict deadlines and service-level expectations, researching and resolving discrepancies and inquiries end-to-end.
  3. You serve as a primary contact for advisors, their staff, and clients across phone, email, and internal systems, providing clear updates and a seamless, professional experience.
  4. You will partner with our clearing firm and internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Technology, Advisor Services) to facilitate transactions, resolve issues, and support cross-functional initiatives.
  5. You contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client experience within cashiering operations.
