What you'd actually do

  1. Coach, mentor, and develop claims professionals across the department, supporting skill growth, confidence, and career progression in both routine and complex claim handling.
  2. Partner with Training and Development to design and facilitate training, workshops, and peer mentoring that align with evolving business processes and best practices.
  3. Provide guidance and oversight on losses of varying complexity to support effective management and resolution.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational priorities.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and fair claims practices, providing guidance on policy interpretation and application across operations.
