The Content Associate-JP plays a critical role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience on FireTV devices by managing and validating digital content within the FireTV catalog. This role demands a high bar for quality, a passion for accuracy, and the ability to work effectively with Japanese-language content and stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Verify the accuracy of catalog errors, identify and remove duplicate entries, and classify errors in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to continuously improve Machine Learning (ML) models.
  2. Adhere to SOPs with a consistently high level of attention to detail, ensuring content quality meets the bar expected by our customers.
  3. Exercise sound judgment to identify patterns, highlight observations, and surface insights about daily operations, tools, and processes to supervisors.
  4. Contribute to process and tool enhancements by providing actionable feedback grounded in day-to-day operational experience.
  5. Maintain and update the digital content catalog to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Skills
