This role involves traveling nationwide to assess vehicle damage after catastrophic events, review policies, investigate claims, and help customers settle claims. It requires a blend of field work and virtual collaboration, with a focus on customer support during times of crisis.

What you'd actually do

  1. Travel across the country to assess vehicle damage and support customers during times of crisis
  2. Review policy coverage, investigate claims, and document your findings
  3. Prepare or validate repair estimates using industry-leading tools
  4. Negotiate and settle claims with empathy and efficiency
  5. Capture detailed notes, decisions, and supporting documentation in the claims system
