This role focuses on developing and implementing IT Services category strategies, managing supplier relationships, and leading procurement processes (RFI/RFP/RFQs) to achieve cost savings and optimize the supply base. What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and implement the Global Master Category Strategy for IT Services
  2. Ensure on-time delivery of quality product which support financial planning and sourcing
  3. Conduct supplier business unit reviews which allow stakeholders to stay abreast of current and future technologies
  4. Provide direct support to business owners for fast issue closure and relationship development
  5. Lead RFI/RFP/RFQs to obtain information which support the category strategy development and competitive cost delivery of various IT Services initiatives

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of supply chain/commodity/program management experience
  • Strong enterprise technology business acumen (i.e. software, software, and services)
  • Strong communicator, transitioning details to clear executive messaging
  • Strategic thinker for category strategy development
  • Builds relationships across organizations for decisions and alignment
  • Analytical skills for data analysis and conversion
