Category Manager- Indirect Saas

This role is for a Category Manager focused on Indirect SaaS and technology procurement. The individual will lead contract negotiations, run RFX processes, build cost models, and partner with legal, security, and business leaders to secure favorable terms and reduce total cost of ownership. The role requires strong negotiation, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on indirect procurement within technology and SaaS categories.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead contract negotiations and vendor management for SaaS and tech categories, securing favorable commercial terms, SLAs, and exit protections.
  2. Run end-to-end RFX processes, supplier evaluations, and competitive bids; recommend supplier selections grounded in data.
  3. Build cost models and present insights that drive savings, efficiency, and outcome-based decisions.
  4. Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, orders, and software licensing agreements in partnership with Legal, Compliance, and Security.
  5. Accelerate vendor onboarding while ensuring policy, privacy, and security compliance.
