What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end sourcing and RFP activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business requirements.
  2. Drive supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract implementation in compliance with procurement policies, standards, and governance requirements.
  3. Apply and reinforce standardized procurement practices, ensuring consistent execution of sourcing processes, tools, and governance across engagements.
  4. Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to align on requirements, scope, service models, and pricing structures.
  5. Own supplier performance management, including KPI tracking, issue resolution, business reviews, and continuous improvement plans.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • A minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in logistics, procurement, and sourcing
  • Strong leadership, influence, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and coordinate across large matrixed and/or virtual teams
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and procurement or sourcing tools
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
