Lead the cost, schedule, and technical execution of the Coyote Block 2 (CB2) System Integration & Test Portfolio for RTX, a defense company. This role involves leading a cross-functional team, managing flight tests, system qualifications, and integration efforts, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Requires a STEM degree, project management experience, and a security clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for the cost, schedule and execution of the Coyote Block 2 Plus (CB2) Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) activities within a structure of CB2 Cross Product / Systems.
  2. Lead flight test, system qualification, HIL development, cross product verification testing, and cross product lab integration efforts.
  3. Lead a cross product team of IPTLs and multidisciplinary engineers (10).
  4. Collaborate and effectively communicate with other CPTs, IPTs, program leadership, customers, and business associates both internal and external to Raytheon.
  5. Support for budget and schedule efforts for multiple contracts by coordinating with program planning, finance, & leadership to support EV Lite and EACs.

  • STEM degree
  • 8+ years of relevant experience

  • Flight test planning, preparation, and execution
  • Proposal experience (BOEs, reviews)
  • Secret security clearance (ability to obtain interim)
