Develop and execute market access strategies for various therapeutic areas and regions, monitor and analyze healthcare policies, build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, and ensure compliance with company policies. This role focuses on improving patient access to Pfizer's innovative drugs and supporting sustainable business growth within the healthcare sector.

What you'd actually do

  1. 制定全年各治疗领域各区域的准入战略及目标,支持各区域准入目标执行及达成。
  2. 负责提前监测、跟踪、梳理各省医保/卫生/招标等政策及趋势,结合公司及各治疗领域(AI/ONC/AD)业务战略目标,分析各省政策及其对业务发展的影响,全方位整合关键信息,提前提供区域政策分析和政策建议,以加强塑造各省良好的政策环境。
  3. 结合公司业务战略,针对性不同治疗领域(AI/ONC/AD),负责制定区域市场准入战略并跟进执行,支持各区域准入目标的达成。以不断促进医疗保障、合理用药、诊疗规范等政策的健全和完善,不断提升患者对辉瑞创新药的可及性和可负担性,支持业务在各省的可持续增长。
  4. 制定跨区域政策平台总体规划,整合、优化、设计项目,与医保/卫生/研究机构等部门合作并建立战略伙伴关系,推动跨区域开展政策交流,优化外部政策和准入环境。
  5. 与销售/市场/MA/HA等团队紧密合作,达成区域准入策略和目标共识,整合资源协调区域市场准入策略和项目有效实施。

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in market access or sales regional management in large foreign enterprises
  • Experience in commercial project management
  • Extensive experience working closely with key stakeholders and maintaining good cooperative relationships
  • Strong policy sensitivity and learning, analytical, writing, strategic thinking, and key account management skills
  • Communication skills
  • Judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Team spirit

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, public health, management, or related fields
  • Experience in safety operations or market access in large foreign enterprises for 2+ years
