This role is for a Medical Information Communication Specialist in the Metabolism Business Unit in GanZhou, China. The primary responsibilities include academic promotion of products and professional support for customers within a designated region, under the guidance of a regional manager. Key tasks involve visiting customers, communicating product information, organizing academic promotion events, collecting and analyzing market feedback, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, proficiency in MS Office, good English, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn and self-motivate. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. A strong emphasis is placed on compliance with company policies, industry standards, and anti-corruption laws, including FCPA and relevant Chinese laws. Core competencies include professional compliance, business decision-making, customer engagement, effective execution, self-development, and embracing innovation.

What you'd actually do

  1. In accordance with company policies and procedures, provide timely and accurate professional support to customers and establish partnerships.
  2. Fully utilize resources to conduct effective customer visits in accordance with company policies and procedures, and achieve work objectives.
  3. Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Collect market and customer feedback information through company management systems and other compliant channels and methods, analyze it, and provide feedback and suggestions.
  5. Maintain effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments, and identify and promote various cooperation opportunities.
