This role is a Certification Project Manager for Oracle Health, focusing on coordinating learning and certification deliverables, managing trainer lifecycles, and supporting curriculum development. It requires strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on operational support within a healthcare context. The role is not directly involved in AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinate and manage learning/certification deliverables, milestones, schedules, and dependencies; proactively identify risks/issues and escalate when needed.
  2. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope and delivery plans for new training/certification requests and support execution to timeline.
  3. Support end-to-end trainer lifecycle operations, including trainer onboarding/readiness, certification coordination, scheduling, communications, and ongoing support.
  4. Support program quality and consistency by enabling and/or coordinating trainer observation onsite, capturing outcomes, and supporting feedback loops and follow-up actions.
  5. Apply instructional design fundamentals to support curriculum build and maintenance, sequencing, objectives, and alignment to certification requirements.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Healthcare Administration, or mix of equivalent experience and education
  • 2–4 years of experience in learning operations, training program support, curriculum development/instructional design, education coordination, and/or project coordination
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver under pressure with rapid turnaround needs

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis/reporting, formulas, pivot tables preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to learn and use Oracle proprietary tools effectively
