Certifications & Credential Manager, Customer Education

Harvey is seeking a Certifications & Credential Manager to design and scale their customer education certification program for their AI-powered legal and professional services platform. This role involves defining credential frameworks, launching exams, managing program operations, and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure certifications reflect product expertise and drive customer value.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the strategy, design, and rollout of Harvey Academy certifications and credentials across roles, products, and customer segments
  2. Define certification levels, competency frameworks, learning objectives, and success criteria aligned with Harvey’s product and customer use cases
  3. Design and manage assessments, including exams, practical evaluations, and credential requirements
  4. Partner with Product and Legal Engineering to keep certification content current as Harvey evolves rapidly
  5. Collaborate with User Operations and Customer Success to ensure certifications reduce support dependency and accelerate time-to-value

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of experience leading certification programs for SaaS, AI, or other complex technical products serving enterprise or professional users
  • Experience designing certifications, credentials, or education programs for professional services audiences, including familiarity with continuing education or industry partnership models
  • Proven ability to build, scale, or significantly enhance certification, credentialing, or assessment-based learning initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, assessment design principles, and maintaining credential integrity
  • Experience working effectively with Product, Support, and Go-to-Market teams
  • Hands-on experience with relevant certification, LMS, or credentialing platforms (e.g., Skilljar, Credly)

Nice to have

  • Experience in the legal sector is a strong plus
