Certifications & Credential Manager, Customer Education

This role focuses on designing and scaling a customer education certification program for Harvey, an AI-powered legal tech company. The manager will own the end-to-end vision and execution of certifications, including defining frameworks, launching exams, and measuring impact, working closely with Product, User Operations, Customer Success, Legal Engineering, and Marketing teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the strategy, design, and rollout of Harvey Academy certifications and credentials across roles, products, and customer segments
  2. Define certification levels, competency frameworks, learning objectives, and success criteria aligned with Harvey’s product and customer use cases
  3. Design and manage assessments, including exams, practical evaluations, and credential requirements
  4. Partner with Product and Legal Engineering to keep certification content current as Harvey evolves rapidly
  5. Collaborate with User Operations and Customer Success to ensure certifications reduce support dependency and accelerate time-to-value

  • Certification Program Leadership (4+ years)
