What you'd actually do

  1. Analyze, communicate performance, and consult with Market Area/Regional personnel on meeting key objectives via Strategy/Organizational Meetings, conference calls, etc.
  2. Collaborate and build relationships with key Corporate and Dealership stakeholders to capitalize on parts sales growth opportunities:
  3. Communicate details and value of programs, events, and training to drive success toward objectives
  4. Managing the development, implementation, and education of effective Local and National programs, events (promotions, incentives, training sessions, etc.), and advertising/merchandising strategies toward meeting/exceeding Wholesale Parts and Ford Pro Parts objectives
  5. Engaging with Dealers to support their Go To Market Strategy to grow Wholesale Business

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field of study
  • 3+ years of professional field sales experience
  • experience traveling in a sales role or associated automotive experience
  • Ability to Travel in market that may require overnight travel
  • Minimum Travel Required: 4 or more days per week to local sites in market

  • Field Parts Sales experience (within OEM)
  • Strong Dealer Fixed Operations acumen
  • Ability to think both tactically and strategically
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter and able to work independently on a regular basis
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate/collaborate with all engaged stakeholders
  • Willingness to work in an environment of transformation and change, work with tight timelines, and drive continued process improvement
