Channel Development Manager for Johnson & Johnson Vision Care India (ACUVUE Contact Lenses) responsible for managing independent outlets and eye hospitals/clinics to drive sales growth in a defined geography. This role involves managing sales incentives, executing marketing strategies, and building relationships with stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible to shape and grow ACUVUE business in the territory
  2. Serve as the single point of contact for IOs and Institutes in the territory
  3. Drive growth of ACUVUE sales in the territory by Ensuring timely communication of BPAs, trade schemes, offers and working with the accounts to achieve the same
  4. Ensuring optimal coverage of territory (all stores once a month and key stores twice a month atleast) and driving required minimum sales at each store
  5. Identifying new IOs equipped with fitting contact lenses

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • 2-3 years of proven track record in Consumable sales in healthcare industry

Nice to have

  • Degree in Optometry
  • Exposure to CRM/ Relationship marketing
  • Experience in Optical industry, Retail, FMCG
  • Experience in optical industry
