Ramp is a fintech company building financial infrastructure for businesses. This role is for a Channel Partner Manager focused on scaling the go-to-market strategy for their franchise channel. The role involves sourcing, qualifying, and building relationships with franchise partners, driving revenue through referrals, and educating partners on Ramp's offerings. It requires cross-functional collaboration with marketing, growth, sales, and product & engineering teams. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in partner sales or business development, a track record of exceeding targets, and experience with AI tooling to enhance their work.

What you'd actually do

  1. Source, qualify and conduct deep discovery with net new Franchise partners
  2. Sign partners and create comprehensive GTM plans
  3. Drive revenue for Ramp through generating referrals from franchisors and franchisees
  4. Identify and build relationships with multiple stakeholders within an organization
  5. Educate partners on Ramp’s offering and articulate the value props
