Reddit is seeking a Channel Partnerships Lead for the APAC region to manage and grow its Channel Partner Sales business. The role involves co-selling with partners, providing platform education, understanding partner needs, collaborating with Product and Marketing, defining sales strategies, identifying new opportunities, and holding partners accountable for revenue targets. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, deep knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem and channel partners in APAC, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and co-sell with our Sales Partners across APAC, ensuring they are meeting and exceeding their advertising revenue goals by providing platform education, vertical-specific narratives, and pitching alongside them in-market
  2. Enable the local partners at scale and work closely with the scaled sales teams & XFN teams to identify best practices & playbooks for our partners.
  3. Work closely with the partner to understand their needs in order to successfully represent us in market. Enable the local partners through trainings & webinars and work closely with the scaled sales teams & XFN teams to identify best practices & playbooks for our partners.
  4. Translate partner needs by collaborating with Product and Marketing to provide feedback and insights, drive product enhancements and new product launches, and align on market positioning
  5. Own your business by collaborating with Channel Partnerships org leadership and your reseller partners to define sales strategy and tactics for your markets that will drive revenue growth
