Lead the business strategy and innovation team, responsible for RCSO business market strategy and operational excellence, integrated business channel strategy, channel innovation cooperation projects, and continuously promoting the strategic transformation and capability improvement of the business team. Collaborate efficiently with regional business teams and cross-functional departments to achieve business goals.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the business strategy and innovation team, responsible for RCSO business market strategy and operational excellence, integrated business channel strategy, channel innovation cooperation projects, and continuously promoting the strategic transformation and capability improvement of the business team. Collaborate efficiently with regional business teams and cross-functional departments to achieve business goals.
  2. Develop and drive market strategies for anti-infective, oncology, and immune-inflammatory products within the RCSO business scope.
  3. Design key business-related projects, academic activities, and ensure operational excellence.
  4. Establish engagement plans for KOLs in key therapeutic areas at national/regional levels.
  5. Manage RCSO business OP/LE budget, set targets, forecast sales, and conduct analysis.
